Return Policy
Return and Refund Policy for Refurbished Phones Last Updated: 04-10-2023 Thank you for choosing STORE EIGHT for your refurbished phone purchase. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your refurbished phone. To be eligible for a return, your phone must meet the following criteria: • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and all accessories. • The phone must not have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Pack the phone securely in its original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit. 3. Ship the phone to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Replacements • Replacement Eligibility: If your refurbished phone is found to be defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information on warranty coverage and terms. Replacement Process: • Contact our Customer Support Team at support@storeeight.com or +91 9538-18-9538 to report the issue and request a Replacement. • If the issue is confirmed to be covered by our warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the defective phone. • Upon receiving the defective phone and verifying the issue, we will ship a replacement phone to you. Refunds • If you are not satisfied with the replacement phone or the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund as per our standard Return and Refund Policy. • If the return is due to a defect or malfunction covered by our warranty, we will offer you the choice of a replacement phone, or store credit. or a full refund • If the return is for any reason other than a defect or malfunction, we will provide a refund after deducting a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers our processing and restocking costs. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Limited Warranty 1.Warranty Duration: All refurbished phones sold by STORE EIGHT come with a 7days Replacement warranty and 180 Days limited warranty. The warranty period for each phone will be clearly specified at the time of purchase. The warranty duration typically ranges from 7 Days to 180 Days 2.Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the phone. This includes defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling. 3. This evaluation may include remote troubleshooting or, if necessary, returning the phone for inspection. 5. Warranty Resolution: If the issue is found to be covered by our warranty, we will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion: • Repair the phone at no cost to you. • Replace the phone with a refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model. • Offer a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible. Warranty Exclusions The following conditions and situations are not covered by our warranty: • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or other physical impacts. • Damage resulting from exposure to liquids or moisture. • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the phone. • Damage due to improper storage, handling, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as scratches and scuffs.
